日曜日、夜桜を楽しみながら少し遅めの夕食を楽しみに行きました。
中目黒の駅からは多少歩きますが山手通り沿いにあるふじたさん。
分かりやすかったですね。
席に着き飲み物を頼みさてお食事！
一番に飛び込んできたのは蟹のジュレかけ、これはこれはとても好きな物があるではありませんか笑！
早速、いや待てよ、落ち着いた雰囲気のお店でしたので先に何品か頼んだ方がようと思い
タコの柔らか煮、刺身の盛り合わせも一緒に、、、！
そして現れたのは足が一杯分綺麗に甲羅にのった毛蟹の見事なジュレがけ
見た瞬間に頬が緩むのを感じました。
さっぱりした酸味のジュレにほんのりの甘さの蟹の身との絶妙なバランスに箸が止まりません。
そして食べても簡単に減らないボリューム感。
ほどよくお腹も満たされて行きました。
タコの柔らか煮、これもとても柔らかくすぐに食べ終えてしまいました。
そして刺し盛り、食べ応えのある量でしたが刺身は美味しいのですがもう少し何かが必要かと思いました。
そしてとてもきになるメニューがありました。
からすみのサラダ
えい、頼んでしまえ、笑
大根に葉物、そしてからすみドレッシングは少し薄めでからすみの塩分を上手に活かしていると思いました。
そしてサラダが無くなる頃皿の底に残っていたのはからすみだけでした。笑笑
こうなればもう一つきになる雲丹のてんぷらも食べてしまおうと何故かテンションも上がり言ってしまいました。
雲丹の天ぷらは雲丹を大葉で包んであげておりました。
雲丹は火が入ると熱で溶けてしまうことが多いのですがここのてんぷら全然溶けておりませんでした。
雲丹を上手く脂の中に閉じ込めていることが凄いと思いました。
苦さもなく良い雲丹でした。
本当はいつもならこの後ご飯を食べるのですが今日は他の物の量が多くお腹が一杯になってしまいました。
次回はこの続きを食べたいと思います。
