中目黒の裏路地にある伊勢海老料理専門店の眞か。
伊勢海老料理というだけで高級！でン万円かかりそうというイメージですが、こちらのお店ではお手頃な価格で楽しむことができます。
こちらのお店では伊勢海老だけでなく、牡蠣などの魚介類、牛肉などの肉類ももちろんあります。
店内は3階建ての一軒家です。
店内には器などが飾ってありギャラリーのような高級感ある雰囲気。
カウンター、テーブル席や個室もあり様々なシーンで利用できます。
食器は作家さんの作品のようでとてもきれいなので、料理をとても素敵に演出してくれます。
特にすごかったのが、メインでオーダーした伊勢海老とステーキとグリル野菜の盛り合わせ。
大きい半円型のお皿で、その上に料理が盛り付けてあり存在感がすごい。
この器はいくらするんだろうか・・と思いながらみんなで写真を撮り、美味しくいただきました。
料理もさることながら美味しさの演出の仕方ががとても良いお店だと感じました。
美味しいだけでなく、魅せる（見せる）というのは美味しいものをさらに美味しくしてくれるスパイスのような感じですね。
