Aka beef from Kumamoto Prefecture is grilled until fragrant and topped with plenty of truffles.
Food Spaghettini with sea urchin and raw seaweed
On days when sea urchins are in stock, you can change the pasta for your course for an additional fee. The sea urchin generously placed on top of the pasta is mainly from Hokkaido, which is said to have the best taste depending on the season. The light cream sauce is made with clam stock and has fresh green seaweed from Lake Hamana hidden in it, creating a rich and nutritious flavor with a gentle scent of the ocean. By adding the flavor of sea urchin to this, we have created a dish that can be called Onda Tokyo's specialty.

Fresh fish is delivered directly from the fishing port every morning and goes to Onda Tokyo at noon. Since "seasonal" changes daily, we choose seasonings that bring out the best in the ingredients without disturbing their characteristics before serving them to our customers. We have taken great care in the color and presentation so that it is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Please enjoy this special dish, which is a perfect prelude to the course.

Spring is when you can see the cherry blossoms in full bloom, and early summer is when you can feel refreshed by the fresh greenery. Our restaurant has two types of counter seats, one is a window counter where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Meguro River while eating. The other is a kitchen counter where you can enjoy the realistic feeling of cooking. We also have a semi-private room for two people, which is recommended for those who want to cherish their private time, such as on a date.
