今回は知人と食事するべく選んだお店は中目黒駅から徒歩6分。
山手通りを進んだ後目黒川を越えた先にある名店。
名店にもかかわらずどこかこじんまりとしていて、隠れ家的な外観であるところもお気に入りのポイントです。
座席は個室とカウンターがあり、この日はカウンターを選びました。
前菜にマッシュルームのクレーマとアフェッタートミストを頼みました。
熟成されたマッシュルームのポタージュは前菜ながらしっかりと主張をする濃厚な味わいで、イタリア産の生ハム・サラミとの相性もとても良かったです。
そしていよいよ本日のお目当て、北海道産雲丹のパスタ。
イタリアンであるパスタに国産の食材がのるとやはり新鮮なものであるが、この上なくマッチしていて驚く。
次回は個室で目黒川を眺めながら料理を楽しんでみたいと思いました。
