恒例となった月一の週末セミナー、今回土曜日が中目黒。
前回ランチでお伺いしようと思い満席で入れなかったこちらのお店に、今回は電話予約を入れてから訪問しました。
目黒川のロケーションに合わせて、窓際にカウンター席がありここが特等席のようですね。
あいにくの雨ですが、開放感もあり桜や新緑の季節はとても気持ちが良さそう。
ランチはパスタランチを注文。

契約農家直送フラッシュサラダ
焼き立て自家製パン、ドリンク付き
パスタは色々選べるのですが、とても気になった「北海道産雲丹と生の青海苔(+¥1,000)」にしました。
最初に出てきたのが契約農家直送のサラダ。
色々な種類のお野菜がミックスされており、野菜の味もしっかりしています。
自家製パンはバターロールとくるみパン。
バターロールはちょっと懐かしくもバターの香りが芳しい。
そしてメインの「北海道産雲丹と生の青海苔のパスタ」。
お寿司屋さんで出てくるようなウニがこんもりとパスタの上に乗っており、ビジュアル的にもインパクトがあります。
クリームソースには磯の香りがする生のりとたっぷりのチーズが入っており、濃厚でクリーミー。
これだけでも十分美味しいのですがそこにウニを加えていただくと、濃厚さの中にウニ独特の旨味が加えられ、なんとも言えない絶品なパスタに。頼んでよかった！
食後のデザート(+¥500)のティラミスも丁寧に作られており、お皿の盛り付けも綺麗。
マスカルポーネとリキュールがしっかりと組み合わさりつつも、甘すぎずにちょうどいい。
パスタランチと言いつつ、色々追加して2800円。
プラス料金なしのパスタもありますが、こちらに来たら是非雲丹パスタを味わってみてください。
お店の場所も駅から少し離れた落ち着いた場所にあり、ゆったりと食事を楽しめるのもいいですね。
目黒川沿いの隠れ家イタリアンで上質なランチを楽しみたい時にオススメです。
