夜ごはん
■コース¥8,800（税・サ別）
目黒川沿いにあるイタリアンレストラン
『オンダ トウキョウ』。
店内は、キッチン越しのカウンター席、個室テーブル、
そして当店の特等席でもある、
目黒川の桜を目の前にできる窓際カウンター席の構成。
今回はこの窓際カウンター席を予約。
現在は、コロナ対策の影響で、
一日3組限定としており、
4席あるこの窓際カウンター席を
悠々と使わせていただいた。
しかし、訪問日は雨だった上に、桜はまだ蕾。
残念ながら、桜満開というわけにはいかなかった。
シェフは、中村圭佑氏。
静岡『ヴィラ・ディ・マンジャ ペッシェ』
（現『リストランテ・プリマヴェーラ』）で
9年間修業後、イタリアに渡って
各地の名立たる星付きレストランで
現地の味を学び帰国。『オンダ トウキョウ』では、
日本の文化・風土に合わせた新たなイタリアン
”イタリアン・ジャポニカ“という
新たなスタイルを標榜している。
コースは、¥8,800と¥10,000の2種類。
桜シーズンは、コース金額が変わるのであしからず。
今回は、¥8,800のコースをいただいた。
ラインアップは以下の通り。
①ジャガイモの冷製スープ
アミューズは、
ジャガイモの旨味が詰まったスープから。
中央にはブッラータチーズ。
②5種類の海鮮サラダ仕立て
5種類の海鮮を用いた華やかな前菜。
・金目鯛のカルパッチョ
・ヒラメのカルパッチョのカラスミ添え、
脇にはエンガワを。
・明石のタコ
・マグロの脳天を胡麻でまぶしてソテー。
バルサミコソースで。
・赤海老のビスクソース
③オマール海老のクリームコロッケ
暖かい前菜は、
オマール海老の身をたっぷり入れたクリームコロッケ。
リコッタチーズを上に。
ありきたりの表現ではあるが、
外はサクッと中はとろっと。印象的なひと品。
自家製パンがここで登場。
このパンも旨いな〜。
④富山県産ホタルイカと菜の花のパスタ
リングイネより細い麺のパスタ。
塩味と辛味のあるソースで抜群に旨い。
⑤子羊
ピンク色の火入れで半レアに。
シンプルな調理で美味い。
付け合わせはマッシュポテト。
⑥チョコレートケーキ
デザートは、しっとりなめらかな冷製チョコレートケーキ。
いずれの料理も文句なしに美味しかった。
しかも、シェフのワンオペながらテンポもよく、
デザートまで余裕を持って2時間以内で終わっていた。
とはいえ、お会計は消費税とサービス料を含め、
2人で¥22,000ちょっと。
ドリンクは1杯ずつを考えると、
金額的にはやや割高な印象。
もうひと品くらい料理が加わると値段相応なのかと。
とは言え、人気スポットである目黒川で
味わえる本格イタリアン。女子ウケは請負。
覚えておいて損はないでしょう。
