野菜の火入れが抜群！ オススメです。
副菜の人参のグラッセやジャガイモが美味しい！
刺し身のツマが美味しい店は、料理も美味しい。
と言う私の勝手な見解に見事にハマりました。
前菜の盛り合わせ
ラタトゥイユ、キャロットラペ、きのこのソテーなど。
この時点で野菜への期待が高まる
ベーコンとポルチーニのパスタ
ソースとパスタの絡みが抜群
熟成肉のロースト
おーっ！って声が出ました、いい色の仕上がり。
お肉美味しい。
そして副菜の野菜たちが美味しい！
シーフードグラタン
シェフの方が「グラタンって、ほぼ日本料理です」
「海外にグラティーニなどはありますが、
日本で皆さんが食べているグラタンは日本発祥でしょうね」
と言っていたのが印象的でした。
でも、美味しい。
