家人が探してきて行ってみたいと言うので予約しました。
2階がお店なのですが特に看板もなく。知らずに歩いていると気が付かないような隠れ屋です。
カウンター席からオープンキッチンが望めて開放的なお店。
シンプルな内装にドライフラワーがカッコイイ。
棚に飾られている器も味わいがある。
コースもありますが、今夜はアラカルトで。
メニューを開くとワインのお供になりそうな感じ。どれも食べてみたいと思える。
メニューの中から
*ちょいちょい*
・生ハムと苺とストラッチャテッラチーズ
この覚えにくい名前のチーズ、味は知ってる。
と思ったらブッラータチーズの中のトロトロの部分だけを集めたチーズでした。
*冷菜*
・タコとアボカドのセビーチェ
柚子胡椒を使っていて、ピリッとした刺激とマイクロ・コリアンダーのインパクトも新鮮です。
*温菜*
・nouの水餃子
自家製のパイタンスープと千葉県産銘柄豚「林SPF」を使ったスペシャルな水餃子。
皮がモチモチで優しいパイタンスープ。焦がしニンニクの香りとコクもポイントです。
・子持ちヤリイカソテー エスカルゴバター
どんこ椎茸のソテーも美味しかったですし、ヤリイカの柔らかさ、エスカルゴバターを使っているので味がキマっていてる！
*メインお肉*
四万十麦酒牛(ビール牛)
インカの目覚めを使ったマッシュポテトが、さつまいもみたいに甘くて、焼いたチコリのホロ苦さとの対比が面白い。
質の良い肉の火入れも好みで、クセがなくとても旨味の強いビール牛に驚きました。
そしてナイフのカッコよさにも、何もかもセンス溢れる。チェイサーの入ったガラスのポットといい、選ばれる審美眼が拘りあって素晴らしいです。
ドリンクは
・ノンアルコール ジン カルダモン
ジンジャエールのような感じです
・カクテル ロゼソーダ（桜とライム）
桜の花の塩漬けを戻したものが入っていて、時期は終わりましたがお花見でも有名な中目黒らしいと思いました。
グラスの中で揺れるピンクの花弁がロマンティックです。
チェイサーとして入れて下さるのは千葉県のハーブティー、それに皮ごとくし形にカットしたリンゴが入っていて、ほのかに香りがします。
それを気が付いたら足してくださっていて、これもカウンター席での醍醐味ですね。
ドライフラワーのスワッグがとても素敵だったので、これ真似したい。
いやぁ〜なんか全てにおいてヤラれました。
私が訪れた時は若い方が多かったですが、イイ大人も訪れたい。
ここにデートで連れてこられたら評価バク上がりでしょうね（笑）
