There are two types of courses: standard and special. Please enjoy a course centered on fish and vegetables, using plenty of seasonal ingredients each month. The dishes prepared by the head chef, who has trained in Kagurazaka and at a certain hotel, are traditional Japanese-style meal, but also incorporate Creative Cuisine at times, so that you can enjoy them with all five senses. He also pays attention to the plates, using not only Japanese-style meal tableware but also a variety of other dishes, to make your meal even more enjoyable.
