シェフはカリフォルニアの名店スパゴなどで修業を積み、その後東京のスパゴで料理長を務めてきた後、こちらのシーケーズキッチンを開業したそう。パラオ共和国のホテルや有名レストランなどで豊富な料理経験を持っているみたいです。
季節の食材を前にした固定観念にとらわれない斬新な発想も、料理経験豊富なオーナーシェフの持ち味とのこと。世界中のレストランを渡り歩いて料理を見てきたオーナーシェフとの会話も楽しいみたい。お料理に興味があるひとはいろいろと質問してみるのもいいかもしれないですね！ただしここは常連さんがとても多いお店。結構カウンター独占しています。近所の井戸端会議が始まりました。
だから一見さんの居心地はどうかなぁ…と思います。
テーブルで一人で黙々と食べる私は全く問題なかったですが、デートだと合わないかも…！
ちなみにお料理はハンバーグを頼んだのですが、美味しかったです。
