都立大学 Burger POLICE《ザ・バーガー》
代官山にある完全予約制の人気イタリアンTACUBOが手掛ける都内でも屈指の人気を誇るハンバーガー屋さん「Burger POLICE」。
2021年にオープン､ハンバーガー百名店2021~22で都内のみならず全国でもNo.1のポイントに位置付けられてます。
週末祝日は予約で埋まりフラッと行っても入れないので予約マスト。
平日はまだ緩いものの想定外の待ちもあるのでやはり予約しておくのがベター。
因みにTACUBOは2016年のオープン以来GOLD~SILVERに輝き続け､ミシュラン星付きの名店。
Burger POLICEの営業は水曜定休の除くランチ11:30～15時(L.O14:30)､ディナー17～22時(L.O21:30)。
最寄駅の都立大学駅からは徒歩8分程､お店は目黒通りと環七の交差点近く､因みに隣には碑文谷警察署がありますw
お店のフラッグシップバーガーは仙台牛スネのパテのみを具材にした「塩バーガー」。
今日はBurger POLICEスタイルも織り込んだ「ザ・バーガー」をオーダー。
ランチはバーガーにフレンチフライと切り干し大根のピクルス付き。
コカコーラは別に注文です。
「ザ・バーガー」のパテは仙台牛スネとネック､そこにTACUBOのスペシャル自家製ボロネーゼソースを絡ませて､チェダーチーズと目玉焼きを挟んであります。
バンズはサックサクで香ばしいタイプ。パテの牛が肉肉しく､塩味と風味の良いチェダーと､とろっとろの目玉焼きがバンズの中で旨味のハーモニーのように調和､めちゃくちゃ旨〜い❣️
外カリっ中ふわっとしたフレンチフライとピクルスもいい付け合わせ､やっぱコーラが良く合う◎
