A masterpiece made with young bluefin tuna from the Goto Islands sprinkled with Hanasaki jellyfish, sea urchin, and scorched fish. The crunchy texture of the jellyfish and the crunchy texture of the charred fish. The spicy soy sauce with garlic ginger and Japanese pepper is exquisite. It's so delicious! ✔️ Serve Daisen-dori drool chicken with fried eggplant. Red daikon radish, cucumber, and coriander serve as condiments and make a nice accent. The moist breast meat is spicy with plenty of sesame flavor. ✔️ Corn spring rolls and fried Fried food are an unexpected dim Dim sum! ! Use Gold Rush corn! I can't resist the crunchiness and sweetness of the ingredients! And what really surprised me was the fried Fried food. It's so surprising to fry lychees. And to pair it with cream cheese...the light and fluffy lychee was very impressive. ✔️ Steamed abalone and winter melon soup is Chef No. 18! Shantung soup made with Ezo abalone, Kinka ham, goji berries, dried scallops, dried shiitake mushrooms, and winter melon simmered for 9 hours. A gentle and clear taste. Winter melon is so soft that it melts in an instant. It permeates through! ✔️The long-awaited Peking Duck! Sprinkle oil over and over again on the counter to make it crispy. Peking duck wrapped in sun egg, kadaif, and plenty of spicy miso. An exquisite collaboration of crispyness and sweetness of mango. There's plenty of miso and it's delicious from start to finish. ✔️ Stewed shark fin in paitan soy sauce with plenty of summer truffles. The shark fin is simmered in a clay pot and is piping hot. The scent of truffles is so refreshing. Makes me want to eat rice with you too! ! ✔️True shrimp stir-fried with homemade XO sauce. The red core radish and water lotus greens add crunch and texture. The exotic scent will whet your appetite! The plump and moist shrimp were exquisite. ✔️ The beef cheek meat with black vinegar sauce was so delicious that it almost melted my cheeks. The beef cheek meat was braised for over 3 hours and was soft and tender. We enjoyed every bite with plenty of sweet and sour sauce! ! It was a waste to eat all of it>_< ✔️ The soy milk chilled dandan noodles use noodles mixed with black sesame seeds. The creamy soup and Tantanmen are rich! Very satisfied~ ✔️Finish with the refreshing almond tofu. The fruit added freshness and was the perfect finishing touch. I didn't expect to be able to enjoy such elaborately prepared dishes at such a low price! ! The cost performance is too good! It was so delicious that I would like to come back to eat it again.
