Born in 1979. Born in Aichi Prefecture. After gaining training at famous restaurants such as ``Yokohama Chongqing Hanten'' and ANA Crowne Plaza Nagoya ``Chinese Restaurant Karin'', in 2016 he became the head chef of Shiba Park Hotel ``Chinese Restaurant Beijing'' in Nagoya. From September 2021, he will open a new restaurant in Yakumo, Meguro-ku, as the head chef of "Kyoka Na Kiyoka". ~Our passion for cooking~ While inheriting traditional techniques, we incorporate free sensibilities in our cooking so that we can deliver the deliciousness of seasonal ingredients to everyone.

Our cuisine uses seasonal ingredients and offers a blend of Japanese and Western flavors based on traditional Chinese cuisine from Sichuan, Guangdong, Beijing, and Shanghai. For dinner, we recommend the ``Full Course'' where you can enjoy the signature menu ``Peking Duck'' and ``Shark Fin.'' In particular, Peking duck is served in the original ``Kiyoka style'', and it is so popular that people who come to the restaurant for the second time add an additional piece of Peking duck. Please look forward to this special dish that will warm your body and soul.

We offer a selection of alcoholic beverages that will enhance the specialties of our cuisine, such as Shaoxing wine and baijiu, which are classics Chinese Cuisine. "Shaoxing wine" is available in rare flavors that are hardly distributed in Japan, and there is also a caramel-free version. We also have a lineup of about 8 types of Japanese sake, wine, shochu, and Chinese tea, so please enjoy pairing your favorite cup with an unconventional masterpiece.
