I went to a Japanese-style meal restaurant called Hamafuji in Jiyugaoka. In addition to looking delicious, I searched for a restaurant based on the concept of a restaurant that seemed to be highly conscious of coronavirus prevention measures. There are counter seats immediately after entering the store. The seats were far apart. Only every other table was occupied, the windows were open, and the fans were running. There is a tatami room in the back. It has a dignified atmosphere, unlike the very popular feel. The young proprietress is in charge of customer service, and she has a very cheerful and reliable feel. It's amazing how young you are. There was a customer who seemed to be an elderly regular, and the way he treated them was perfect. I don't think it's something that can be taught. Apparently they purchase fresh fish from the Miura Peninsula via Toyosu. The restaurant's specialty is dishes made with whole animals. I chose the kueh, even though it was too big so I had to cut it in half. ■Bottled beer (680 yen) The draft beer is KIRIN Ichiban Shibori. There are two types of bottled beer: KIRIN Lager and Asahi Super Dry. I received the super dry. The size is medium bottle. The appetizer is pickled radish with wasabi and soup stock. It has a mature and sophisticated taste. Even cucumbers are delicious. ■2 cups of Japanese sake (1,200 yen) The menu clearly seemed to go well with Japanese sake, so I switched to sake halfway through the meal. ■Soaked spinach (400 yen) Quickly served in a small plate. While eating, I wait for the food to arrive. ■Seri with sesame dressing (480 yen) Another green vegetable. The sesame flavor is just right. ■Fried chicken fillet and mullet (780 yen) Beautifully arranged fried chicken. In addition to the sole, the aquatic perennial kuwai is also delicious. ■Fried natto chakin (550 yen) Vegetables are also included. I like the work done by people who aren't just packing natto. It was filled with lots of vegetables, including green onions. Que (1/2), 5,980 yen, can be eaten in 3 ways. The kueh is about 60cm long, so it was served in 1/2 size. First, make the sashimi. Amazing volume. Even though it doesn't end with just sashimi, it's this volume. The sticky kueh has a rich flavor. The elasticity is also amazing. I was able to eat delicious sashimi for the first time in quite a while. You can choose whether you want the kashira to be grilled or boiled. I made it boiled. Although it is dark in color, the taste is very refreshing. The flesh is plump and very delicious. The seasoning is just right. Quest has a big face. . . One stew of this size will be provided to each person. It's already big, but there are so many places to eat. Finally, with a grip. Shari is warm. It's different from the nigiri you get at sushi Sushi, but it's perfect as a finishing touch. A whole fish dish and Japanese sake served with wonderful service. It was a very nice shop.
