初めての訪問コースとはせず単品で、てっちり1人前、てっさ1人前、ふぐ皮はお通しプラスお替り、ふぐから揚げ、追加でふぐしゃぶの注文
てっさは程よく厚みもあり歯ごたえが良い感じ、てっちり出てきたフグはまだ動いている身をお鍋へこれもまたポン酢と相性が良く(^^♪次にふぐしゃぶがまた身が厚くこのクオリティはチェーン店ではなかなか高い。
残念だったのは白子が無かった。。。次回は予約時に白子予約をしておこう！
