Food Lunch is at a carbonara specialty store
Cheese Tei's specialty carbonara Roman style, available only for lunch. This is an authentic carbonara that does not use fresh cream. We use homemade Iberico pork bacon and Pecory Romano. We also offer other attractive carbonaras such as shrimp carbonara made with lobster stock and risotto carbonara style. Lunch is served as a salad appetizer set.

All seats are at the counter, so you can see the cooking process and enjoy the live feeling! We have a wide variety of wines. We are also waiting for customers who want to have cheese and wine for the after-party! We offer more than 10 types by the glass♪

This course is recommended for birthdays and anniversaries. Instead of a regular dessert, we will serve a cheesecake made with three types of cheese on a plate decorated with edible flowers. Other than the cakes on the plate, we will serve cheesecakes baked with sake lees mixed in.
ChefChef Taiki Hirata
Daiki Hirata was born in 1984. Born in Kanagawa Prefecture. When he was in high school, he worked part-time at a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) shop at the counter and experienced the kitchen, where he learned the joy of cooking and entered the world of food and drink. After graduating from Tsuji Culinary School, he trained at Restaurants such as Roppongi L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Hayama Ramado Tea House, and Queen Alice, and then became independent. After opening his first restaurant in Fujisawa, Kanagawa Prefecture, he opened Cheese Tei in 2018. Currently, he operates a restaurant with Tomoki Tokuda, a soybean chef.
