自由が丘といえばスイーツのために行くことが多いですが、
本日は2名で食事ということもあってカウンターのあるお店にしたいと思いcheese亭さんへ初訪問。
店内はカウンターのみ（10席）でとても落ち着いた雰囲気の空間です。駅からとても近いのでおすすめです。
カウンターから料理をしている姿みながら食べられるので楽しく美味しいチーズ料理をいただけます。
エゾ鹿のローストとローマ風カルボラーナをメインにいただきました。

前菜の盛り合わせはかなり豪華なプレートでした。どれもワインに合うとつまみでめっちゃ好みでした。他の前菜も美味しそうなのでぜひ次回は頼んでみたい！
・エゾ鹿のロースト ゴルゴンゾーラソース
全く臭みのないレアなロースは赤ワインにぴったし！チーズのソースが付け合わせのナスやごぼうにあってうまい。そもそも付け合わせの野菜のお味も好み！
・ローマ風カルボナーラ
生クリームを使用していない本場のカルボナーラをいただけます！今回はディナーで頂きましたが、お昼も食べられるみたい！
また夜は特別に新鮮なトリュフのせがあり豪華なカルボナーラに。
自家製の燻製ベーコンとパスタが最高にマッチします！
本当にどれもワインにあうチーズ料理でした。
お昼はお得なカルボナーラセットをやられているみたいなのでぜひ行きたい。
カウンターで落ちいた雰囲気で食べられる素敵なお店です。
大変丁寧にサービスしていただき大満足！
