I casually walked into this store in Jiyugaoka and was very impressed. It seems to be a cheese specialty shop at night and a carbonara lunch shop at noon. The store is located on the second floor and has 10 counter seats, making it a small and stylish store. You can also see the chef cooking, which gives it a live feel. For lunch, I chose set B for 2,420 yen. First, the lunch appetizer. Is this an appetizer because of the huge amount? ! I was surprised with. The pâté, Spanish omelet, marinated purple cabbage and mushrooms, cream cheese peppers, etc. are stylishly arranged. All of them are carefully made and all of them are delicious! My husband was impressed by the deliciousness of the patty. Next was the main carbonara. The most common Roman-style carbonara! This is an authentic style carbonara that does not use fresh cream. You can shave the cheese in front of your eyes. The fresh pasta is chewy and delicious, and the heavy cream in the typical carbonara doesn't make your stomach feel heavy. In fact, the sauce seems to be half made from vegetables, so it's healthy! It was my first time having carbonara like this. The concept of carbonara may have been overturned. The other is mullet and green seaweed carbonara. This is a lunch set + 600 yen. Plenty of mullet and green seaweed! And at the end you can shave the cheese. This is Japanese-style carbonara, and the taste is completely different from regular carbonara...! Karasumi and cheese go well together and are really delicious. I thought 2420 yen was too cheap for this amount and quality, so I ordered Sweets separately. Actually, my birthday was coming up soon, and when I was talking to the chef about this, I was surprised at how wonderful the plate turned out to be...! How can you make a plate like this in such a short time? ! I was surprised... The sake lees cheesecake and the rare cheesecake are completely different types of cake even though they are the same cheesecake.They were also really delicious and didn't have any overpowering sweetness, so I finished them easily. In particular, the sake lees cheesecake had a strong taste of Japanese sake (the alcohol apparently evaporated) and it was amazing. I was able to talk to the chef at a time when there weren't many customers, and he was really personable and fun to talk to. There are many cafes and shops in Jiyugaoka, but this one is one that I highly recommend.
