コダワリが詰まったチーズを使った料理を楽しめるお店。
カウンター席のみなので、テーブル席でくつろぎたい方にはおススメ出来ません。
店主が目の前で料理するライヴ感満載なので、カウンター席の醍醐味を満喫。
東急線・自由が丘駅から直ぐの2階、隠れ家的なロケーションです。
今回は友人とランチ。
この後の予定はゆるーいので、アルコールも行ってみよう。
コースの種類、メインのパスタを選びます。
今回は二人ともランチのＣ（3,520円）。
それにトッピングやドリンクを追加する贅沢な内容になります。
自分は「ローマ風カルボナーラ・トリュフ追加（+770円）」
友人は「カラスミと青のりのパスタ（+600円）」
ドリンクは泡、ワインは一律550円！かなりリーズナブルな印象です。
さてドリンクが来た後は、前菜の盛り合わせ。
彩り鮮やかなプレート。
スイスのチーズ、テットドモワンヌは目の前でスライス！
スペイン風のオムレツ、ワサビでスパイシーなポテサラなど、日欧融合の内容になってます。
豪快かつ繊細な「豚のバルサミコ煮込み、マッシュポテト添え」
口の中でほどける様な柔らかい食感。
バルサミコの程よい酸味、ポテトの甘味で優しい味わい。
この料理はこちらのCコースのみなので、肉好きなら頼むべき逸品。
メインのパスタは、茹で汁に昆布を使っているとの事。
カルボナーラは生クリームを使わない本場イタリアンスタイル。
スタンダードな人気のパスタ、イベリコ豚の食感も抜群！
友人が頼んだカラスミパスタをちょっと食べたけど、和風感もありつつ、チーズの風味でインパクト強めのパスタになってます。
海老の燻製など、他のパスタも気になる美味しさでした。
最後は酒粕を使ったチーズケーキ。
チーズ推しのお店ですが、主役はチーズではなくメイン料理。
それをチーズが更に美味しくするという、名演をする助演賞をいう感じ。
日本酒もラインナップされていますが、和のテイストも入っているので相性も良さそうです。
チーズだけではない、本格的な料理。
ちょっと贅沢気分でランチ、自由が丘ならココがおススメ！
