3種類のコースからこの日は1番品数の多いCコース(3200円)に。

店内はカウンター席のみ。泡を片手に待っていると、カウンターに並べられた前菜プレートの豪華さにコエガアガルも、さらに横に登場したテット・ドゥ・モワンヌに2人のテンションが爆上がり✨✨目の前で削って頂き、ブリーの横にちょこんと♪♪
これ1皿でお酒をしばし楽しめるよね？？なチーズ好きにはたまらない感動プレート、わさびを合わせたポテサラも美味しかったです✨✨
続くバルサミコで煮込まれた豚さんはナイフがいらないほどにほろりと、お味もしみしみで、ワインが欲しくなる一品！
そして、メインはパスタ。
ランチタイムはカルボナーラ専門店となるので、パスタは豚のラグーの1つを除いて全てカルボナーラ
中でもオススメと言われた生クリームを使わないローマ風のカルボナーラ、2番人気というカラスミと青のりのカルボナーラ(＋600円)を友人とシェア♪♪
黄みの強い濃厚なカルボナーラはもちもちの生パスタにねっとりと絡む。厚切りの自家製イベリコ豚の燻製ベーコンも絶品！鼻から抜けるスモーク感がたまりません目の前でペコリーノチーズを削りかけてくれるのも嬉しい。添えられた柚子胡椒も良いアクセントに♪♪
続くカラスミと青のり、これまたカルボナーラの濃厚さに負けないカラスミと青のり感、これは日本酒に合わせたいよね、と友人とにやり。
チーズ専門店なのでワインリストがあるのですが、実はシェフは日本酒もお好きなようで、いくつか揃えているそう。日本酒飲む人が増えたら種類も増えるんじゃないかな？？と思ったり。

そして、最後は酒粕のチーズケーキ♪♪
こちらはほんのり酒粕の軽めのチーズケーキ。
器にも拘られていて、チーズケーキは瓦にのせられていました✨
なんだかランチとは思えない満足感、
やはりチーズは美味しいし楽しい♪♪
