食べログメニューだと6〜8種となっていましたが、実際は10種もあって少量色々と楽しめて嬉しいサプライズ。特にクミンの効いた木の子マリネ、山葵味のポテサラ、旬の筍や蕗の薹などが特筆ものでしたが、どれも手の込んだ作りでかなりのサービス品かと思います。昼からワイン好きなら堪らない一皿。シンプルサラダのAセットよりはケチらず断然こちらがオススメ。
ローマ風カルボナーラ。
数年前までは美味しいカルボナーラを求めてあちこちのイタリアンを食べ歩きしていたマニア時代もありました笑。イタリアンではなく当店のようにチーズをウリにしている店がカルボナーラを名物にするのは時々見かけますが、その中でも当店はカルボナーラ専門店を看板に掲げて営業しているところに本気を感じますね！
カルボナーラはローマ風。生クリームを使わないタイプです。食べた瞬間にモチっとして驚きました。当店は生パスタなんですね（メニューに載っていたのを見逃していました）。個人的にはクリーム系のロングパスタだとアルデンテ強めの方が好みですが、生パスタ特有のソース絡みの良さがあって美味。
ペコリーノロマーノを目の前で削ってくれるチーズ専門店ならではのサービス。チーズ好きならトッピング追加増量した方が、よりカルボナーラらしい濃厚なコクを楽しめそう。途中のアクセントに柚子胡椒も初体験でしたが面白いです。自家製イベリコベーコンはボリュームあるカットで食べ応えあり、脂身まで容易に口どけてめちゃうま。随所にシェフの拘りが詰まった、専門店の名に相応しいカルボナーラでした。
ドリンクはなんと220円サービス。
全体的にギリギリまで価格を抑えて頑張ってサービスしている感じが伝わってきます。
サービス丁寧で1人利用でも居心地いい滞在。
他にも何種類かカルボナーラをアレンジしたメニューがあったので、また立ち寄ってみたいなと思いました。
生パスタとカルボナーラ好きな方にオススメです。
