We look around the country for Ise lobsters and purchase natural Ise lobsters from fishermen and Ise lobster specialists in Kii-Nagashima, Misaki Port, and Minami-Izu who share the same quality and passion. classic dishes such as spiny lobster sashimi, grilled lobster, and golden grilled lobster can be enjoyed in a wide range of ways, from dinner parties, entertainment, and celebrations to slightly luxurious everyday meals. The chefs, who are well-versed in Japanese-style meal, will fascinate you with dishes that are faithful to the basics and sometimes have a playful twist.

In addition to spiny lobster dishes, we offer a full lineup of sashimi, including 6 types of seasonal fish selected from all over the country each season, 20 types of Creative Cuisine, 10 types of appetizers, and small soba noodles to finish, making it suitable for locals and everyday use. We have been using it for a long time! We have only domestically produced alcoholic beverages, and we carefully select from easy-to-drink fruit liquors, original cocktails, whiskey, shochu, and most commonly Japanese sake!

"Ise lobster soba" using lobster tempura soba, lobster Karasumi soba, lobster bukkake soba, "creative soba" such as seasonal ingredients kakiage soba, "classic soba" that is faithful to the basics, and a unique approach. I am proposing it! The buckwheat flour is purchased from soba farmers in Nagano, Hokkaido, and is hand-made with great care every day. Country soba noodles are full of chewy and chewy soba noodles, and although they are 70% soba noodles, I think you will be able to taste more of the flavor than that.
