海老好きなので訪問しなくてはと思い、予約して訪問。
店内飲食中に何組か予約なしで訪問されてましたが
予約でいっぱいとのことで断られていました。
人気店のようですね。
伊勢海老天丼のコースをいただきました。
品数多くて目から楽しめます。
このコースでおいしいと感じたのはサブ的立ち位置の
茶碗蒸しとみそ汁。
どちらも伊勢海老の香りが強く、普通に単品でも頼みたくなるお味でした。
楽しみにしていた天丼ですが、
伊勢海老自体は身が大きく、弾力があってすごく、お野菜もそのものはおいしいのですが
「天丼」と考えるとイマイチ。
タレが少なめでかなりあっさりで、これであれば天ぷら定食として提供したほうが
圧倒的においしくいただけると思います。
「天丼」だとタレも重要なのでその点－です。
お蕎麦は海老のオイルをかけていただく初めてのスタイル。
蕎麦は固めで噛み応えあります。
オイルだと吸いづらいので、普通にそばつゆでいただきたいなという感想。
お料理が提供時から冷めかけているのが残念。
店員の接客は問題なしなのでもうすこし
お料理が改善されてるとまた行きたくなります。
