2023年9月19日（火）、池尻大橋の複合施設「大橋会館」にカフェレストラン「マッシーフ（Massif）」がオープン！こちらは、日本橋のカフェベーカリー「パークレット（Parklet）」を手掛けた「テレイン（Terrain）」がプロデュースする新店だ。朝はカフェ、夜はワインバーと本格派のコースも楽しめるこちらでは、ヨーロッパやアメリカの料理を、日本の食材とテイストで表現している。

✎窓際席のテーブルが、本物の石で、めっちゃおしゃれです！
✎ 宇宙空間にいるようなBGMで、ヒーリング効果で癒される。その音を聞きながら、お冷の水の気泡が、たくさんの星に見えて、綺麗でした。

焼きたてが来ました！
ガレットと書いてありますが、蕎麦粉は入ってないです！きっとガレッドデロワのガレット。
パイ生地とアーモンドクリームのダマンド生地で、ふわふわと崩れる。
中にりんごたっぷりで、ちょうどいい柔らかさ。酸味と甘味のバランスが良い！
シュガーコーティングされていてコーヒーに合う甘さがある
不思議と生地がバナナのような風味もした！
おいしいなぁ。
