Massif, a cafe Restaurants renovated from Ohashi Kaikan in Ikejiri Ohashi Bridge. Produced by Terrain, the same company behind Nihonbashi's popular cafe and bakery Parklet. There is a cafe in the morning, and Wine Bar and authentic courses in the evening. This was my first visit to the store, so I had today's Garrettes "Strawberry Garrettes" and Japanese black tea. I'm also interested in the Danish traditional sweet "Dream Cake", which uses coconut, so I'll talk about that next time. The name ``Massif'' comes from the word ``massif,'' which refers to a group of mountains. Like a mountain whose appearance changes with the angle of the sun and the change of time, restaurant 's business style changes from morning to night. Croissants and pastries are freshly baked. The drink is ``Overview Coffee,'' which is environmentally and ecologically friendly.The milk for the latte is carefully selected from pasture-raised dairy milk from Asunaro Farming in Hokkaido. In addition, sustainable menu items using leftover vegetables and Danish pastry from the kitchen will also appear from time to time.
