三軒茶屋でランチ。
平日のランチタイム、混んでると大変かなと予約して来訪しました。
場所は西友となりのGEMS。エレベーターで上がり6階へ。
目の前にドーンとお肉たちがお出迎え。
こちらは自社牧場のさつま福永牛の部位毎の旨味を引き出す料理を出しているお店。
焼肉ソムリエの資格を持つ牧場主が、和牛の旨味とさっぱりとした上質脂質の特別な和牛肉をご提供するために、飼育・管理、全てに拘ってこだわり育てた自社牧場産牛です、とのこと。
ランチはさてさて？
いろんなメニューありますが、赤身ステーキをオーダー。
まずはサラダから。葉物となぜかなますのようなもの。
ついでやってきたのはステーキ！
赤身といえどしっかりとサシあって、レア気味に。そういえば焼き加減聞かれなかったな？
意外とジュージューしてなくて？黒いのは鉄板じゃないようだ？
オニオンソースかけて、あら蒸気あがらないわん？
しっとりなステーキは肉の旨みも感じられて、柔らかく美味。ご飯が進みます。もやしとにんじん、ブロッコリーと野菜もしっかり食べられて満足感のあるランチ。鉄板？お皿が？熱々ならもっと良かったな。
ただ45分いたけど、他に来客ゼロ？大丈夫かな？
少し心配になってしまうのでありました。
