I was looking forward to the appetizers and pasta as they always exceeded my expectations, but the pasta was disappointing. . Appetizer... Buntaretta tasted like chicory, but the texture was very good and the bitterness accentuated it and it was delicious. Pasta...I usually enjoy the texture of the ingredients and the amount of seafood, but this time I was a little disappointed. Main... Satisfied with both quantity and quality. The flounder was impressive with its fluffy yet thick flesh. The potato puree also added richness without being overwhelming, and it was delicious when eaten with the grilled vegetables on the side. There was plenty of dark green winter vegetables (spinach?) underneath the fish, making it a plate where you could enjoy both vegetables and fish.
