The main pairing is wine and sake, and you can order one glass a la carte to go with your meal. For those who don't like alcohol, we also offer non-alcoholic pairings with advance reservations. The lineup includes a wide selection of wines sourced from around the world and rare Japanese sake. We also recommend the ``Homemade Lemon Sour'', ``Japanese Pepper Flavored Tea Wari'', and our original highball. We also have hidden gems that are not on the menu, so please feel free to ask our staff.

The ``Alcohol Pairing Course,'' which mainly offers sake and wine depending on the number of dishes, can be ordered on the day. It is also attractive that it can be used not only by groups but also by one person. The “Non-Alcoholic Pairing Course” requires advance reservations at least 3 days in advance. The ``Omakase Course'' consists of the day's recommended menu, allowing you to thoroughly enjoy 5 to 6 dishes, including soup.
