Our specialty is the cooking method that brings out the deliciousness of Shingen chicken to its fullest. The free-raised chickens are carefully fed, and then grilled on Umamegashi Bincho charcoal the same morning. In addition, we use 100% healthy rice oil and 100% solar salt, and we also offer handmade non-heated fermented seasonings and snacks made with pesticide-free vegetables. We continue to be particular about ingredients and cooking methods so that our customers can enjoy their meals with peace of mind.
