三名で訪問。カウンターが予約できずに個室利用。
次回はカウンターで再訪させて頂きます。
コストパフォーマンスは言う事なし。
全て美味しかったです！握りはもちろんですが、茶碗蒸しと卵かけかにご飯が人生一おいしかったです。
鰹に乗せた山かけのようなだしのようなこれ。
胡瓜、茗荷、水茄子、胡麻、梅、もろみ。
バランスよく混ざって水茄子の甘さが引き立ち、鰹との相性も抜群。お酒すすむやつ。
