経堂の名店としやで修行した確かな腕で握る江戸前鮨と大将のインスピレーションで創作する和風に捉われないアテの数々が楽しいお店。
口数少ない大将だけど、料理のことを聞いたらめちゃめちゃ詳しく教えてくれる。料理、創作が好きなのが伝わってくる。
このお店の一番ウリはここまでのこだわりがあるのにこのコストパフォーマンスかな。
港区だと一人あたりあと1万円は高いと思います。
使い勝手の良さそうな個室もありました。
独創的な発想で色々な料理が楽しめるので、また血が時期に行きたいと思います。
もう少し家から近ければもっと行くのに。。
