武蔵小山のネモベーカリーの隣にできた【KAMOSUYA】さん。前のお店が立退になり、移転されてきたそうです。
ガラス張りなので道路から店内のカウンターの様子が見えますが、平日なのにほぼ満席。予約なしでしたが少し待って3人で入れました。
いただいだメニューは
・クレソンサラダ
・おまかせ刺身盛り合わせ
・ネギトロ刻みわさび雲丹のせ
・和牛ユッケ
・鯖醤油干し
・四万十豚ときのこのせいろ蒸し
・元祖あじレアフライ
料理はすべて目の前のキッチンで調理され、シェフが1人で大変そうですが、どれも美味しかったです！
特に、豚ときのこのせいろ蒸しと、あじレアフライは絶品でした！
ネオ居酒屋な雰囲気は漂いますが、お料理もお酒も本格派で、またすぐに通いたくなるような温かいお店でした。
武蔵小山に戻ってきてくださり、ありがとうございます！笑
