However, it has long been a popular restaurant for its sake. The start time was around 9pm, but I ended up staying until 11pm. (LOL) The dishes were all good with Japanese sake, but I ordered them according to my desires. ・ selection sashimi ・Charcoal-grilled octopus wasa ・Original rare fried horse mackerel ・Salt-broiled milt ・Yuan-yaki mackerel ・Clams , Sake-steamed Maitake mushrooms, Saikyo-yaki silver cod, Inaniwa kitsune udon There were three of us that day, and the food was served to each person individually.For example, they divided the food for two into three. They responded flexibly. All of the dishes were dishes that went well with sake. It was like a trick that made the sake go better because of the slightly salty taste. I don't know much about sake, so I asked everyone to choose. Hakusui Sei Special Junmai Sake, Mansaku no Hana Junmai Ginjo, Ippongi Dry Junmai Genshu, Kamikawa Junmai Ginjo, Shichiken Junmai, Saku Megumi no Toshi, etc.In addition, we also have ・Bottled Beer Akahoshi, Fresh Lemon Sour, etc. Although I ate slowly, I ate and drank so much that I couldn't believe I was eating at the second restaurant.I ate a lot of seafood-based side dishes that day, and the seafood went well with the sake. I especially liked the ``original rare fried horse mackerel'', ``salt-broiled milt'', ``steamed clams and mushrooms in sake'', and ``Saikyo-yaki silver cod''.As for the dishes, the portions are not large, so I eat them in large quantities.
