[Baked Xiaolongbao & Chicken Porridge] All ingredients are fresh and domestically produced.
I spent eight years in Shanghai as a child (owner Liu Hui). I have never forgotten the taste of the baked Xiaolongbao and chicken congee I ate there, and I wanted to share that taste with people in Ja
...pan, so I have worked hard to recreate it. For the chicken congee, we use a whole parent chicken, which produces a lot of broth, and simmer it slowly with koshihikari rice from Niigata, resulting in a rich, mellow congee. As companions to alcohol, we are proud of our Shanghai specialty Bai Zhan Ji (steamed chicken) and Beijing specialty Sauce Beef (beef char siu). We also offer a variety of alcoholic beverages at downtown prices.
