材料は全て国産の食材にこだわり、店内で手作りしているとのこと。
焼き小籠包に箸を入れると、中から大量の肉汁がドバーッと溢れます!
旨味が閉じ込められた肉汁にとてつもない満足感がありつつ、アッツアツの肉汁が口の中に広がっておいしい。
皮はモチモチで焼いた底の部分はパリパリとしていて、ジューシーで食べ応えがありました。
