今日は別注でカニをたくさん食べました。
たびたびお世話になってるお店です。
今日も楽しく食事ができてよかったです。
今日は特別にカニを用意していただいてまだちょっと時期が早いかなと思ったんですが身づまりも良く、大変おいしかったです。
まぁいつ行ってもおいしいんですけど。
やはりここは、いつも融通が利いて大変よくしていただいてます。
いつ行っても、マスターは変な顔することもなく、おいしい料理を提供していただいてます。
値段も非常に安く、日常遣いできる高級店って感じですかね。
またよろしくお願いします。
接待で利用あり
今回は、三名で入店。
先日美味しくて、取引先のお偉いさんとご一緒いたしました。
接待という事で、奮発して、、仕事をゲットするぞ！！
予約の際、シェフにお願いして頑張ってもらいました。
予算は有りますけど(笑)
まず、先付にウニとイクラ、大トロの入ったお造り、松茸焼き、車海老天、フォアグラ天、松茸天、牡蠣天、キス天、ets、口直しに、シャーベット、宮崎牛の叩きを頂きました。締めにご飯ものがあったのですが、お腹がぱんぱんです。ギャル曽根の胃袋が欲しい。WWW
これで、商談がうまくいく事間違いなし。
まだ、デザートがあるとのこと。

家族四人で、天婦羅が食べたくて来店しました。
田崎シェフにお願いして、子供用に、ネタを選んで天丼を注文しました。シェフは、なんでもわがままを聞いてくださり、ありがたい限りです。下の子供は、特大海老、きす、かぼちゃ、舞茸、鳥天で天丼を作って頂き、上の子供は天婦羅を単品で注文(野菜中心)とミニイクラ丼をイクラはボリュームたっぷり。
私達は、特大海老に金粉&銀粉をかけてもらい大満足でした。また、イカのイクラとウニのお造りこれにも銀粉が乗ってました。インスタ映えかな。写真撮りました。
シェフの心遣いが、気持ちよく大変楽しい食事の時間でした。またお伺いさせて頂きます。(もう予約済み)
今度は忘れずにに沢山写真を撮ります。
