カウンター10席、シェフ１人で切り盛りしておられます。
ランチメニューは天麩羅ものだけではなく、海鮮丼などもあり、本日のランチはカレー！
カレーを食べたい衝動を抑えつつ、上天丼をオーダーです。
丁寧に仕込まれてる感の天タネ。野菜天にキス、海老、穴子と次々と油へ投入されます。目の前で見れるライブ感、これが楽しいですね。
綺麗に盛り付けられた天丼がカウンター越しに着丼。
めちゃくちゃ美味そうです。
熱々の天麩羅、衣が極薄で主張せず、素材の味を邪魔しません。
一本穴子がメインですが、身がプリっぷりで頬っぺたが落ちそう。海鮮類のクォリティも相当なものです。
早くお酒が解禁されてほしいが、真っ先に駆けつけたいお店です。
