友人と以前から行ってみたいねと話していた天ぷら屋さん。
自粛中はお酒がでないとのことで
一度リスケしてずっとタイミングを見計らっていてやっと！
最寄りは荏原中延駅のすぐ裏手の細い道にあり、
数十秒でいけるアクセスの良さ。
中延駅からも徒歩10分。
アーケード商店街を抜けて行くので
楽しいです。
中に入るとコの字型のカウンター席がキッチンを取り囲むようにあり
クリアボードも設置。
一流ホテルの総料理長や公邸料理人の経験があるとのこと。
全てワンオペで手際よくこなしていて驚き。

小鉢でいろいろいただけて楽しい。
豊洲のマグロ仲卸”山喜之”から直送される活〆の本マグロ、
美味しかったです。
塩、トリュフ塩、カレー、紫蘇、山椒など数種あり、
どれにつけて食べようか悩む楽しさも。
おろしはお替り自由。甘めの天つゆと絡めて。
とても美味しくてそのまま食べても美味。
天麩羅のタイミングもとても良く、
お腹もちょうどいい感じで満腹になりました。
締めは天茶。
お抹茶と出汁のお茶漬けで
おおきなかき揚げがのっていたけれど
あっさりしていて美味しく。
機会があればまた再訪してみたいです。
