休日予約なしで訪問しました。
12:40先客3名後客5名です。
店主さんのワンオペですが、お料理など待つことはありませんでした。あらかじめ、カレー塩、しそ塩、岩塩、山椒、トリュフ塩が置いてあります。
着席し天ぷら定食2000円を注文すると天つゆとサラダ、たっぷりの大根おろし、おしんこが提供されます。
天ぷらの内容は、インゲン、しゃけ、なす、えび2本、さつまいも、キス、かぼちゃ2枚、イカ、ピーマンです。
ご飯とお味噌汁がついています。
天ぷらはサクサクで火入れは、しっかり目です。一品料理にも力を入れているみたいで、お酒が解禁になったら是非また夜に訪問したいですね。
ボリュームもしっかりあって、天つゆも美味しかったので、天丼もトライしたいです。
