■お店の紹介
荏原中延駅のスナック街にある天ぷら割烹。なぜここに、、？裏路地の隠れた名店という表現がぴったりの場所か。オーナーシェフの田崎さんは公式サイトにも書かれているようにお墨付きの実力派。お一人でお店を回されていますので、技工ともてなしをフルに味わえるお店になっています。
■行った時間
日曜12時
カウンター8席くらいで他に1組お客さんがいました。ランチコース予約で3名入っており、食べている間も電話で今から大丈夫？的な問い合わせが何件か入っていました。なかなかの人気っぷり。
■飲食したものと感想
天丼 たれ 1200円
1200円でコスパがなかなか良いです。お味噌汁とおしんこ、サラダがつきますがサイドメニューも抜かりなしです。天丼はエビがサクッ、プリッとさすがの天ぷら。タレもくどくなくでもしっかりコクがありご飯が進みます。
■内装・雰囲気
小さいお店でコの字スタイル。天ぷらを揚げている光景を見ながら待つワクワク感。
■接客・サービス
あまりおしゃべりな方ではなく職人、という感じの方でしたが丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。
