コロッケとメンチカツをいただきました。
前から車で通りがかることが多い場所で目立つファサードが印象的なお店。フレンチやイタリアンのお店のようで、ジェノベーゼのパスタが看板に書かれていました。
店前から覗くと、厨房は本格的な厨房で、忽然と住宅街に現れている店にしては全ての料理を作ることのできそうなスペックがあるように見えます。
コロッケとメンチカツは店頭の売りのようでいつ見かけても美味しそうに見えてついに購入の機会を作って立ち寄ったのです。こう言う近所との接点を持つことは重要で、食べに来てくれるきっかけを作ったり、地元のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションになりますね。忙しさに問題がなければ非常に良い設定だと思います。
フレンチがお得意なら、こう言うコーナーに、牛ホホ肉のワイン煮込みなど取り揃えるのもこの店で食べてみたいもう一度接点を持ちたいと言うきっかけになるように思います。
あとは、フレンチでは無いけど家ではなかなか作らない、トリッパやランプレドットなどの煮込みがあるとか、そんなコミュニケーションは楽しいかも知れません。
コロッケはジャガイモそのものの香りを大事にするしたコロッケで、ジャガイモの新鮮な味わいが魅力的。
メンチカツは肉の魅力が充分ありつつも、油くさく無い重すぎない食べやすさが印象的。皮が持ち運び想定のためか、皮のつなぎと言うかしっかりしていて、メンチの方はそこにしみた肉汁が少しだけ重く感じます。コロッケはそんな特徴の皮でもあまり気にならず。
次回は地元応援の為に違うものを食べにお伺いしたいと思っています。ご馳走さまでした。
