お魚三昧で、本日は以下を注文。
・中トロと平貝のお刺身
・とびっことじゃこのサラダ
・枝豆
・ぐじと九条葱のスープ煮（写真撮り忘れ）
・ふぐの白子焼き（写真撮り忘れ）
・稲庭うどん
お通しからして美味しくて、美しい。
とにかく全てのお料理が美味しい。
ふぐの白子焼きは東京で初めて食べましたが、
丸々としていてぷりっトロ。
写真撮り損ねて残念でした。
甘鯛（ぐじ）と九条葱のスープ煮も、身体に染みる優しい味で…
食べるのに集中してしまい、これも写真におさめそびれてしまいました。
今日は2人で行きましたが、3〜4人で来たらもっと色々のお料理を楽しめるだろうな〜と満腹になりつつも名残惜しく、お店を後にしました。
そして、いつもこちらでは日本酒を飲み過ぎてしまう。
何度もお冷やのおかわり、お手数おかけしました。
落ち着いた空間で、大人しかいないのも居心地良き空間です。
