He personally goes to Toyosu three times a week, picks up each fish one by one, and carefully selects only those that he is satisfied with. Many of the fish have been aged to bring out their maximum flavor. We offer an "Omakase Course" where you can enjoy sushi and snacks alternately. We want to bring you the best of the day, so the content changes daily. You can enjoy a course that would cost over 30,000 yen if eaten in the city center at a reasonable price because it is a private restaurant.
