It seems like it's been open for a little over a year, and the curtained exterior gives it a clean look, and the interior is still clean with concrete and wooden tables and chairs, giving it a calming atmosphere. I ordered raw for now. I remember drinking it somewhere before and it didn't taste very good, and they only had Perfect Suntory beer, which I personally don't like, and I thought, ``Wow...'' but the bubbles were fine and the drink was smooth. I ordered the sashimi platter recommended by the staff, the grilled Iki beef Sushi, and the Miyazaki Chicken Nanban, which was not recommended but I wanted to try. ★Assorted sashimi Assortment of 4 types of sashimi: green onions, fatty tuna, scallops, and yellowtail. The whole thing was fresh and delicious, but the scallops were particularly sweet and the yellowtail was greasy and delicious! ! ★Seared Iki beef Sushi (pictured is 1 piece) The staff grills the sushi when it is brought to the table, and provides detailed explanations at the time. This is the first time I've heard of Iki beef, but it seems like it's quite a rare meat. There are about 4 slices of thinly sliced Iki beef wrapped around the sushi rice. Delicious! ! ! ! ★Miyazaki Chicken Nanban My favorite chicken nanban. The chicken is cut into bite-sized pieces and topped with plenty of tartare. It's probably seasoned for drinking, but the chicken was a bit salty. I wanted to go to another store this time, so I left the store. It was about 8000 yen! The staff's customer service was also pleasant and I was satisfied!
