ChefChef Masami Harashima
He started his career in a hotel Restaurants in Tokyo, and after working in food magazine styling and restaurant production, he moved to Australia. After working as a supervisor at a Restaurants group in Sydney, he became head chef at Restaurants with a contemporary Australian concept. After returning to Japan, he has had a diverse career, developing menus for new hotel brands and working as a culinary school instructor.
