茄子が…茄子なのにずっしりと身が詰まってて茄子らしからぬ存在感。
お通しなのにクオリティ高い…

卵多めてずっしりしたタイプ。

どれも新鮮で臭みのない刺身。
個人的にわさびのツンと感にたまらなくハマった。
もつ煮込み
だしのきいた汁で、味を濃くして誤魔化してるタイプとは別物。
上品なもつ煮込みで汁まで飲み干す美味しさ、
鶏もも柚子胡椒焼き
しっとりジュシーな仕上がりで
