Meat Dishes prepared with exquisite pasteurization are our main menu. We are particular about making homemade sauces, including a sweet port wine sauce for the Ezo venison from Hokkaido, and a slightly spiced red wine sauce for the roasted lamb rump. In addition, we offer dishes made with French cuisine techniques, such as ``Dense Koitama Ufumayo from Tokushima Prefecture,'' ``Hokkaido Scallop Confit,'' and ``Fluffy Omelette with Mushrooms and Cheese,'' which you can enjoy pairing with wine!

Our attractive "Papillon Dinner Course (6,900 yen)" is a great value French cuisine course. We offer a weekly special using seasonal ingredients that will make you want to come back again and again. The course includes appetizers, poisson viande, and a pasta dish for the final course, making for an exquisitely generous portion. It is recommended for anniversaries as well as everyday meals. We can also prepare a dessert plate with a message, so please feel free to ask when making a reservation.
