The owner himself carefully selects alcoholic beverages that go well with the ingredients, and some of the alcoholic beverages are purchased through Eizushi's own routes. The wine and sake items change frequently, so please feel free to ask if there is a specific alcoholic beverage you would like. We use the best seasonal ingredients based on our belief of ``creating the most delicious food right now.'' All sushi that makes the most of the natural flavors of the ingredients has an exceptional taste. The general manager has experience training at the famous store ``Sakaeya Souhonten''. We make full use of the traditional techniques inherited from the restaurant to create dishes of the highest quality. Please enjoy with your eyes and tongue the skillful techniques woven by the master craftsmen. The interior of the store is a calm and relaxing space with an emphasis on Japanese warmth. We have counter seats where you can relax and enjoy drinks and appetizers by yourself, as well as table seats that can reserved for 20 to 30 people for various banquets.
