烏山の近くまできたついでに
昔よく友人のFと通ったパスタ屋「すぱろー」にお邪魔した。なんと35年ぶり！
営業続けていたことに感動！
懐かしい店内、ああよく酔っぱらいでFのところに泊まり、次の日二日酔いで来たなあ。
カウンターで定番だったナンバー１「明太子うにあさりしめじ」を大盛り、ランチセットで ボイルドフランクとスープをつける。値段はほぼ変わっていない。聞いたら先代の息子さん！7年前から暖簾を守っているとのこと。カウンターを見るとお母様の写真が、、、、聞くと9年前に他界され、メガネをかけたお父様は胃がんを患い療養中とのこと。昔はよくあの笑顔に救われたものだ。
パスタはお父様の作品と全く一緒、メニューや人気ランキング、木の器 それからパセリや粉チーズを木のスプーンでかけるとこなんざ、昔と一緒。
失いたくない店があるのって、とても嬉しい❗️
今度はFと二日酔いの後に来るかな。
