金曜の11:20に着いたところ、11:30開店だったので少し待つ。
カウンターのみで定員は五人。流石に並んではいなかったけれど、開店早々に埋まる。
テーブルにはパセリ、バジル、粉チーズが並んでいて、他にもタバスコと一味があった。
すぱろーランチセット(850円)を注文。
・めんたいこ うに しめじ ベーコンのパスタ
・ボイルフランク
・アイスコーヒー
ボイルフランクは甘酸っぱいソース(ポン酢？)が掛かっていて、見た目よりサッパリしていて美味しい。
パスタは明太子とウニが混ぜてあるパスタに、しめじとベーコンが後乗せ。普通盛りにしたけどボリュームがある。大盛りは＋100円。
パスタに明太子とウニが良く絡んでいて美味しい。少ししょっぱくもある。
最後に少しチーズとバジルとタバスコを掛けてみる。和風パスタでもチーズとタバスコは合う。
アイスコーヒーは苦味より酸味が少し強いタイプ？
口の中がサッパリして良い。
次回はナポリタン、サラダ、スープで注文してみたい。納豆系も気になる。
